The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of the plant, including budgeting, reporting, and financial planning. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making, and implementing strategies to optimize the plant's financial performance. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance management
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field with 10 to 12 years of experience in financial management. They should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in budgeting, reporting, and financial planning.
