The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of The Heart of Europe. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Director will also manage the finance team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate reporting. Additionally, they will work closely with other departments to drive business performance and growth.
Key Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position
Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is preferred
