We are currently seeking a talented Financial Advisor to join our team in Dubai. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients and helping them manage their portfolios and investment strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand clients’ financial needs and provide financial planning support.
• Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy.
• Nurture and develop your own client network and maintain your client base.
• Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships.
• Respond to prospective customer queries about financial planning.
• Assist in the development plans for the company.
• Offer subject matter expertise to fellow Financial Advisors.
• Develop, direct and assist your own Agent’s network.
• Maintain awareness of the latest legislative changes that may affect financial planning.
• Determine clients’ expenses, level of income, their financial objectives, goals and risk tolerance.
• Answer clients’ questions and address concerns.
• Give advice to clients about investment planning, cash management or any other areas in order to help them reach their financial goals.
• Continuous communication and regular review of clients’ financial status to understand if life or economic changes are necessary to reach their financial goals.
• Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections for clients.
• Manage and regularly update potential clients’ activity.
Skills:
• 3+ years of industry experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role.
• Experience managing assets under management (AUM) of $2+ million.
• Possess strong knowledge of the investment business and a strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• A strong network and database are a must.
• Excellent computer, interpersonal and communication skills.
• CFP designation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or a related field.
