A successful applicant will have the following key responsibilities:
Regular care calls to all clients to maintain the relationship.
Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
Generating new business through networking and prospecting of leads
Building and maintaining a client book and ensuring streams of business through referrals, repeat business and new business
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 1 years experience in face-to-face advice is essential.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Presentable, professional and honest.
Strong networking skills.
Positive and hard working attitude.
Ability to maintain or build up your own client network.
