Sales Management:
Achieving the assigned target and monitoring sales turnover & retail operation processes to maximize sales and sustain growth.
Analysing the latest market trends and tracking competitor’s activities to provide valuable insights for enhancing future sales strategies.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
Travelling across assigned region to explore business opportunities within the travel retail sector.
Understanding client’s requirements & expectations and implementing suitable business solutions.
Expanding client base and enhancing existing client satisfaction levels.
Financial and logistical oversight.
Brand Management:
Conducting and monitoring successful implementation of marketing & promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and to generate more brand equity in the market.
Conceptualizing and preparing advertising schedules & proposals in coordination with marketing department.
Monitoring new product launch results and recommending action for addressing any forecasted variances vs budget.
Team Management:
Devising incentive scheme for BAs for driving sales & meeting their sales targets.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team.
Essential Skill sets required:
Travel Retail Experience in the Liquor or Cosmetics industries.
Financial and analytical acumen.
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required & MBA (preferred).
6+ years of Travel Retail experience.
Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office.
