Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Head to lead their private banking Relationship Managers team. The Market Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their private banking operations coverage. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in private banking.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute market-specific strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional service and achieve targets.
Foster a culture of excellence, and collaboration, within the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with UHNW/HNW clients, providing personalized wealth management solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in private banking, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
