As a QHSE Officer at First Driving Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system in accordance with established standards and internal requirements. Your duties will include conducting inspections as per schedule and assignments from the QHSE Manager or Assistant Manager, participating in internal and external audits, developing audit checklists, raising non-conformance reports based on audits or complaints, preparing action plans for corrective measures, and verifying closure of non-conformances.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with ISO standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OHSMS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effectively coordinating with various levels of management and colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and holding a valid UAE driving license is preferable. Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to complying with the Company's Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environment Policies.
