As the QHSE Manager at Genedy Group Construction, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will conduct regular audits and inspections, lead incident investigations, and provide training and support to staff on QHSE-related topics. Collaborating with project teams, you will integrate QHSE requirements into project plans and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO 9001 standards and coordinate with internal teams to meet quality requirements at all project stages.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and best practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Certification in QHSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
