First Point Group are partnered with a global software company who are revolutionizing customer service as well know it. They provide a range of solutions that help to streamline businesses customer service functions.
They provide solutions such as Conversational AI Chatbots, A unified platform that streamlines companies’ messages from multiple platforms and several contact center solutions.
What you will be doing:
Multichannel prospecting
Winning new logos for the company
Managing a few large accounts with the aim of upselling and cross selling
Focusing on clients within banking, government, retail, telecoms and aviation
What is required:
5-10 years software sales experience
3+ years working at enterprise level (Clients with over 5000 employees)
Fluent in English
Middle Eastern Sales experience
Strong track record of sales figures $1.5m TCV per annum
The Ideal candidate would also have:
Experience selling customer experience solutions or similar
A strong network of the businesses ICP in this case (CTO, VP Customer Service, VP CX or similar)
Fluent in Arabic
