As the Corporate Finance Analyst, your key responsibilities will include assessing deal financing options, developing investor presentations, conducting due diligence, overseeing investor reporting, and providing market commentary to investors. You will also be responsible for evaluating risks associated with investments, monitoring investment performance against targets, and maintaining effective relationships with regulators and external parties. Additionally, you will collaborate with Project Management staff on various activities related to investor relations.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Post Graduate Degree in Management, Finance, Business or related discipline along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or financial advisory within the real estate sector. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CIMA, ACA or CFA are desirable. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this position.
