As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will report directly to the Head of Investments and collaborate closely with the investment team. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring financial performance of projects, conducting feasibility studies, preparing financial models, qualitative summaries, presentations for the investment committee, and conducting market research for upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in real estate investments, a background with Big 4 firms, a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related fields, and preferably hold a professional qualification such as ICAEW, CFA or FMVA. Additionally, candidates should possess experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting to excel in this role.
