Position: Sales Director (Real Estate)
Location: Dubai
Salary - AED 55,000 to 60,000 plus Benefits
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and stakeholders
Addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback from Master Sales Agents and Buyers.
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors to refine sales approaches.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align strategies with project launches.
Set and monitor sales targets for the team, tracking progress and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with Marketing, Real Estate, and Finance teams to align strategies and priorities.
Collaborate on project launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Report on financial performance and variances to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with 12 years of leadership experience
20 years’ work experience with at least 12 years of relevant experience in a management role
Deep knowledge of the local and regional real estate market including local authority (RERA) regulations
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
