Job Responsibilities
Formulate and implement a commercial strategy aimed at fostering the growth by expanding relationships with existing investors, exploring new avenues for growth, and representing the company at various events.
Identify business gaps and growth opportunities, and develop effective solutions to address shortcomings and capitalize on prospects.
Collaborate with all teams within the Business Unit to ensure the fulfillment of customer needs and demands.
Spervise the implementation of an integrated business plan that identifies the requirements of potential investors
Define criteria for evaluating and selecting investors, along with devising strategies for engaging with other business entities.
Take charge of end-to-end processes for creating and delivering tailored and speculative development solutions.
Evaluate and enhance processes for existing investors, stay abreast of regulatory changes, and lead initiatives to refine sales and business setup processes.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive virtual team dedicated to customized developments.
Conceptualize and execute new speculative developments within the region.
Lead and propel the development of mid and long-term business strategies to attract new clients and achieve increased sales and revenue targets across all business units.
Assist Strategic Accounts in defining requirements for designing products and services tailored to new potential customers.
Requirements
Experience in a commercial, business development or similar setting, with strong management experience is a MUST
