Role Overview:

The successful candidate will lead our SSC team, ensuring efficient end-to-end service delivery to IFZA customers by managing daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks, adhering to policies, and driving operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

Implement and grow the SSC strategy.
Manage customer relationships and financial packages.
Develop procedures in line with internal controls.
Mentor the team towards full policy compliance and operational efficiency.
Ensure IFRS standards adherence and manage various projects.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/IFRS certified preferred).
3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Experience with ERP systems (ZOHO preferred) and Microsoft Office.
