As a QHSE Officer at NG BEAUTY WORLD FZCO, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practices. You will conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Additionally, you will oversee quality control processes from raw material inspection to final product testing while managing non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
In this role, you will also lead health and safety initiatives by developing policies and procedures in compliance with regulations. You will conduct risk assessments, lead safety training programs for employees, investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses while ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials. Furthermore, you will implement and manage the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001 standards to monitor environmental impacts and reduce the manufacturing facility's footprint.
