Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Quality Engineer with a passion for residential interior design? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team! If you have a solid background in the interior design industry, GCC experience, and 2-3 years of work experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimation of quantities and preparation of BOQ based on the drawings & specifications.
- Pricing of BOQ as per the prevalent market rates.
- Conduct cost analysis and evaluation for residential projects.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
- Perform quality control and assurance for construction activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Utilize your GCC experience to meet regional standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a QS/QE role in a interior design firm
Preferably in the GCC region
- Proficiency in construction cost management software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
