We are currently seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to supply chain activities and handle all administrative responsibilities necessary for the smooth functioning of the business. Your primary duties will involve acting as the main point of contact between Al Tayer Insignia and Brand/Supplier Finance functions, coordinating delivery and payment schedules with suppliers, maintaining accurate supplier information for purchase orders and payments, providing regular updates to Planners on payment statuses and deliveries, managing Letters of Credit processes with suppliers and Finance departments, resolving shipment discrepancies promptly, handling claims for damages or returns efficiently, and maintaining organized documentation systems.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a degree in Commerce or Finance along with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, good organizational abilities, high levels of computer literacy and analytical skills are essential qualities we are looking for.
