**About The Role:**
As the Finance Operations Coordinator at Al Tayer Insignia, you will play a crucial role by providing continuous support to supply chain activities while handling essential administrative responsibilities using relevant IT systems and processes.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
You will serve as the primary point of contact for Al Tayer Insignia with Brand/Supplier Finance functions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery and payment follow-ups to ensure goods are received within specified dates. Additionally, you will liaise with suppliers/planning/buying departments to ensure accurate vendor registration for precise purchase orders and payments. Providing planners with weekly updates on payment and delivery statuses will be a key part of your role.

Moreover, you will assist the Finance department by providing details for drafting Letters of Credit (LC) and coordinating with suppliers for LC openings. Monitoring LC expiry dates based on future commitments and resolving shipment discrepancies promptly are essential tasks. Furthermore, you will handle claims for damages/returns from vendors while maintaining an efficient documentation system for record-keeping.

**Desired Skills and Experience:**
To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Commerce or Finance along with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities are imperative traits required. Being highly organized and possessing an agile mindset are also valued qualities. Proficiency in computer literacy alongside numeric and analytical skills is essential along with good interpersonal skills.
