We are currently seeking a highly motivated Plant Manager to join our client's production team in British Columbia, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations across multiple departments, including extrusion, packaging, anodising, and fabrication. You will lead a team of direct reports to meet operational goals and deliver results while optimizing processes and workflows in a highly automated facility.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in aluminium extrusion and press operations, strong troubleshooting skills, and proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams.
