As an HR Generalist with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll management processes. This includes overseeing the monthly payroll cycle, processing accurate payments of salaries, bonuses, and allowances, as well as maintaining employee records with precision. Your responsibilities will also involve reconciling payroll accounts, staying updated on UAE labor laws related to payroll compliance and gratuity calculations, and collaborating with the finance team for audits and budgeting purposes.

In addition to payroll management, you will be responsible for monitoring employee attendance through timekeeping systems, verifying timesheets, resolving discrepancies with department managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies on working hours and leave entitlements. You will also provide operational HR support by assisting in onboarding/offboarding processes, maintaining employee records in line with UAE labor laws and company standards, and supporting the implementation of HR operational policies.

Furthermore, as part of your role as an HR Generalist, you will be expected to ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies in all payroll and HR processes. This includes preparing reports on payroll data, attendance records, and other relevant information for management review. Your contribution towards developing and documenting payroll procedures will be instrumental in enhancing our operational efficiency.
