As the Group Finance Manager/Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing cash flow and liquidity management to ensure operational efficiency and support growth objectives. You will optimize financing decisions aligning with our financial strategy while monitoring working capital needs across business units within the Group. Additionally, you will evaluate risk/return trade-offs and contribute to risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks effectively.
You will lead financial reporting efforts by preparing detailed reports using tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms. Your insights will drive profitability and operational efficiency by providing key financial information for decision-making processes at executive levels. Moreover, you will spearhead the development of annual operating plans and long-term strategic planning to achieve our financial objectives.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance with relevant certifications such as Chartered Accountant or CPA. A minimum of 10 years of finance experience is required with exposure to commercial trading, retail, and real estate sectors. Strong ERP implementation skills, especially in SAP, are essential for this role. Proficiency in English is mandatory with Arabic being an advantage.
