The ideal candidate will possess at least 15 years of relevant Senior Management experience in large scale, fast-paced Restaurants groups or Hospitality companies. International experience and multi-country, multi-brand experience is preferred. Experience in the Gulf region is also desirable. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational and leadership capability, be a strong team player and strategic leader, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of staff.
