We are currently seeking a Regional Business Line Controller to join our team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will serve as the financial representative of the Business Line for the Region. Responsibilities include overseeing project financial monitoring from bid stage to project closure, facilitating forecasting and budgeting processes, monitoring business line profitability, and providing financial insights for senior managers to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in driving financial transformation by supporting the integration of finance functions and ensuring efficient financial operations as we implement Oracle ERP system. Key tasks include providing financial insight for large projects from tendering to closing stages, designing project structuring strategies to optimize benefits while complying with legal provisions, driving business planning processes, analyzing business performance against forecasts and budgets, managing working capital efficiently, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
To qualify for this role, candidates should have at least five years of controlling experience in relevant industries along with exceptional project management skills. Experience with Oracle or ERP systems is essential. A master's degree in business or accounting is preferred. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance daily financial management with long-term growth initiatives while collaborating effectively across complex matrix organizations.
