Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in building a high-performing team and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing HR functions, and ensuring that FreedX attracts and retains top talent.





Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and universities.
Foster a positive work environment and promote the company culture.
