Position – Finance Manager
Location – Dubai
Company- Healthcare and Medical Clinic with a Diversified portfolio in terms of investments in real estate etc.
Scope - The finance manager is responsible for financial oversight of our businesses.
Requirements and Responsibilities •
5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience. • International accounting qualification is preferred: CA, ACCA, or CPA.
Managing the clinic's budget: The finance manager is responsible for creating and managing the clinic's budget. This includes tracking income and expenses, profit share schemes, and insurance claims, making sure that the clinic is on track to meet its financial goals, and identifying areas where costs can be cut.
Preparing financial reports: The finance manager is responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the clinic's director. These reports typically include income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Overseeing the clinic's accounting systems: The finance manager is responsible for overseeing the clinic's accounting system (Medicworks).
This includes ensuring that the system is accurate and up-to-date and that it complies with all the clinic’s requirements.
Providing financial advice to the clinic's director: The finance manager is responsible for providing financial advice to the clinic's director. If and when required to doctors too. This includes helping them to make decisions more effectively and efficiently on pricing, staffing, and expansion.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations: The finance manager is responsible for ensuring that the clinic complies with all applicable financial regulations. This includes regulations related to billing, insurance, DHA, auditors, taxes, and any other government entity.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the finance manager should be responsible for other tasks such as:
Managing the clinic's investments: The finance manager is responsible for managing the clinic's investments. (Quantum & real estate) this includes suggesting investments, monitoring their performance, and making sure that they are in line with the clinic's risk tolerance.
Overseeing the clinic's insurance program: The finance manager is responsible for overseeing the clinic's insurance program. This includes ensuring that the clinic has adequate insurance coverage and that the premiums are being paid on time
Managing the clinic's payroll: The finance manager may be responsible for managing the clinic's payroll. This includes profit-sharing schemes and insurance rejection claims, ensuring that employees are paid on time and accurately. Additional qualities the finance manager should possess:

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
