F&B Manager - Food and Beverage - Jumeirah Al Qasr

We are currently seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join the Food and Beverage team at Jumeirah Al Qasr. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering effective communication with outlet managers. Your duties will include making recommendations for enhancing guest satisfaction through modernization of equipment and service methods. Additionally, you will assist in preparing annual business plans and sales strategies while closely monitoring the profitability of all F&B outlets within the resort.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong proficiency in spoken and written business English along with at least 3 years of experience in senior F&B management roles within a 5-star luxury hotel setting. You should demonstrate a track record of successfully managing large operations while achieving improvements in customer satisfaction and profitability.
