Safer Fire Safety Consultancy, a leading fire safety training provider in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a dedicated Safety Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Safety Instructor at Safer Fire Safety Consultancy, you will be responsible for conducting both lecture-based and practical training sessions in fire safety and first aid. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Fire Safety training and at least 2 years of experience in First Aid training. Possessing additional qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or Occupational Health & Safety courses will be advantageous. You will play a key role in assessing student performance during courses, leading exercises and scenarios, developing course content, interacting with students effectively, and ensuring that safety standards are maintained at all times.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing course attendees' records, maintaining training equipment and resources, assessing group capabilities to award qualifications where appropriate, and collaborating with support staff for training courses or exercises. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in customer care practices and health safety procedures while upholding discipline within the training environment. Your ability to deliver accurate information clearly and concisely will be crucial in ensuring that all trainees fully understand course explanations.
