Quantity Surveyor - Sewage Treatment Plant

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious project involving the rehabilitation and extension of a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of the plant by managing construction works, overseeing operation processes, and adhering to project specifications set forth by local authorities. Key responsibilities include the rehabilitation and repairing of civil works, extending the plant's capacity to 175,000 m3/day, and rehabilitating an existing 260,000 m3/day STP.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess relevant tertiary qualifications such as a BSc in Quantity Surveying along with professional certifications like MRICS. A minimum of 15 years of experience in all aspects of quantity surveying is required, including cost planning, quantity take-off, bill of quantities preparation in CESMM format, estimating, tender document production, and claim valuation for variations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects related to sewage treatment plants.

• 15 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Extensive experience working in local sewage treatment plant facilities
• Experience managing and supervising construction works
