Lead the accurate and timely preparation of the business financial statements reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Ensure financial reports’ compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete annual audits. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Ensure compliance with government requirements, including but not limited to tax declarations. Ability to deal with all types of taxation. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned. Manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
