The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the human resources office and assists the Talent Acquisition Director and recruitment team, and company PRO with a variety of human resource-related activities. The manager will coordinate employee benefit plans, ensure compliance with government regulations, respond to HR information requests, assist with filling vacant positions, interact with employees to solve problems and provide information, maintain personnel files, handle confidential information, disburse salary and fringe benefit information, collect data for reports and record-keeping systems, compose correspondence and documents, distribute contracts and memoranda of understanding, update policy manuals, act as acting director in the absence of the TA director, prepare channel partner agreements, assist with payroll preparations, help in recruitment process coordination, and perform other related tasks as required.
