We are currently looking for a skilled Program Manager with extensive experience in the healthcare payer domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in implementing large complex clients or rolling out new products in Health Plan Administration, specifically focusing on Enrolment & Eligibility, Benefits & Claims Administration, Vendor integration, Member Portals & Engagement. As an experienced program manager, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic programs or projects involving multiple workstreams and departments. Your role will involve managing initiatives from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring program success, and driving process improvements.

As a Program Manager at CLPS Global, your responsibilities will include planning, directing, and coordinating complex product/program implementations in the Healthcare Payer domain and Third-party Administration of self-funded clients. You will document scope and objectives to align with expected business outcomes, develop project plans, define program/project management standards and processes, manage project risks and dependencies proactively, establish program governance, provide clear communication to all stakeholders including senior management, work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to plan project scope/resources/timelines, manage project budgets effectively delivering against business goals, build strong client relationships while contributing to internal initiatives for driving efficiencies and best practices.
