As the CTO at Kooner FMS, you will define and execute the AI-driven predictive maintenance strategy while leading the engineering team to develop fleet management software. You will integrate IoT sensors, AI diagnostics, and real-time fleet monitoring to ensure scalability and enterprise-grade reliability for logistics giants. Collaboration with the CEO will be essential to expand tech-driven service offerings. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in AI, IoT, or fleet management technology with a proven track record in developing predictive analytics for logistics or fleet operations. Experience leading engineering teams and scaling technology is crucial for this role.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $190-240k along with performance-based bonuses.
