**Job Description:**

As the Engineering Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing teams within our organization. You will be an integral part of the Executive Leadership team, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at achieving annual revenue growth aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years spent managing engineering managers in an OEM environment from a product perspective. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with an MBA being preferred. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting confidently with customers, staff, and ownership.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department's operations and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in product development processes. Additionally, you will be involved in setting performance goals for your team members and providing mentorship to foster their professional growth.
