We are currently looking for a talented Product Development Specialist to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for researching market trends, identifying customer preferences, and developing innovative product ideas to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in product development or a related field and must reside strictly in Lekki or its environs.
In this role, you will work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to create and refine products from concept to launch. You will conduct feasibility studies, prototype testing, and performance evaluations to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and gather customer feedback for continuous improvements.
