BLS International, a leading company in the visa and passport outsourcing industry, is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives and monitor financial performance. You will also prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards, provide regular financial insights to senior management, manage tax planning and compliance activities, coordinate external audits, monitor cash flow and working capital requirements, establish robust financial controls, evaluate financial systems for efficiency improvement, consolidate MIS data for business units in the ME II region, participate in operational review meetings, track performance metrics of centers, and provide suggestions for business improvements based on analysis.
The ideal candidate for this role is a Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with 6-10 years of experience in finance-related fields. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with an advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc being a plus. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, taxation regulations, financial planning processes, reporting procedures, audit management practices are essential. Proficiency in financial modeling tools like Excel and financial management software is expected.
