Senior Manager - Cost Commercial

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Cost Commercial to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee commercial, cost, and contract matters at a managerial level within the organization. In addition to providing strategic advice on market dynamics and procurement strategies, this role involves collaborating with various internal departments and external consultants. The successful candidate should preferably be a chartered surveyor with expertise in construction management methodologies.

Key responsibilities of this role include managing a cost team, handling contract administration, budget control, and providing guidance on procurement strategies. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for assessing consultant performance, overseeing cost reporting and analysis efforts, as well as identifying opportunities for cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, this position involves contributing to talent development through upskilling programs and fostering cross-functional collaboration across different business functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong management skills along with industry knowledge related to real estate development in the Middle East. Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities for commercial deals, familiarity with contractual terms and conditions are essential requirements for this role. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operational management or consultancy roles is typically expected from candidates applying for this position.
