As the Senior Finance Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be to oversee project control and financial analysis activities. You will monitor and analyze the financial performance of ongoing projects, prepare detailed project financial reports, and develop project financial models for forecasting profitability. Acting as a financial advisor to project managers, you will provide insights and recommendations while collaborating with project teams to gather relevant data for analysis. Additionally, you will track project costs, identify variances, and ensure compliance with budgets and forecasts.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred. You should have a minimum of 4 years of FP&A experience with previous exposure to a Big Four environment. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting is essential along with strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Fluency in Arabic and English is required along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
If you have experience in the art exhibition industry or possess strong project management skills, it would be considered a plus. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
