As the Field Compliance Coordinator at Saudi Aramco (ASC), you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety standards and procedures within our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing loss prevention, fire prevention, and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. You will also be responsible for providing advice and consultation to Upstream management to improve our Safety Management System (SMS) effectively.

In addition to developing critical safety documents for major activities such as job safety analysis and hazards identification plans, you will assist departments in preparing for major safety reviews like loss prevention compliance reviews. As an audit expert in process safety, you will identify and mitigate risks during various stages of facility operations. Furthermore, you will research emerging safety technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and analyze costs to enhance existing safety measures according to regulatory requirements.

As part of your role, you will develop and deliver safety training materials and safe work procedures to field personnel. • Minimum of 5 years experience in safety compliance and risk management in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in developing safety standards and procedures

• - Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the oil and gas industry
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for safety solutions
