Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive HR policies and procedures, aligning them with current local and international laws, company requirements, and future trends. Supervise and administer Job Analysis and Job Evaluation programs, ensuring up-to-date job descriptions integrated with the company's competency frameworks. Design and administer compensation & benefits programs, evaluate compensation schemes, and establish guidelines and recommendations. Oversee surveys and salary analysis, ensuring competitive salary scales in compliance with industry norms and local regulations. Manage the monthly payroll administration, evaluate HRMS packages, and recommend means to enhance efficiency and eliminate errors. Lead the Performance Management System, linking appraisal results to established reward schemes and establishing a seamless linkage with organizational development systems. Supervise employment formalities, engagement processes, and timely administration of induction programs for new employees.
