As a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global company's expansion and growth by establishing and managing HR operations at various outstations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective HR support and compliance across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives to support the establishment and growth of outstations.
Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs, challenges, and opportunities at each outstation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with local laws and regulations.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for outstations.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Ensure effective onboarding programs are in place to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires at outstations.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in collaboration with local management.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management and Development:
Support the implementation of performance management processes and tools to assess employee performance and drive continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers to enhance their skills in performance management.
Identify training and development needs for employees at outstations and coordinate the delivery of relevant programs.
Compliance and Legal Requirements:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices at each outstation.
Monitor and maintain HR records, including employment contracts, personnel files, and other relevant documentation.
Keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and advise management on necessary actions to maintain compliance.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics and trends for outstations.
Analyze HR data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations and insights to senior management to enhance HR operations and drive business outcomes, maintaining technical consistency and fostering collaboration between Engineering and Delivery teams, the role is instrumental in shaping the success of projects. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights into project performance and challenges.

Design Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of project designs, ensuring alignment with operational parameters and design criteria.
Schedule Adherence: Drive detailed engineering workstreams to meet project schedules, closely monitoring progress and addressing delays.
Technical Consistency: Maintain technical consistency across projects by actively applying Lessons Learned processes and Value Engineering methodologies.
Lessons Learned Implementation: Act as the custodian of Lessons Learned processes, implementing insights to enhance project performance and minimize risks.
Value Engineering Ownership: Take ownership of Value Engineering initiatives, seeking opportunities to optimize project design and costs.
Technical Issue Resolution: Lead the resolution of technical challenges, collaborating closely with HQ Departments to find effective solutions.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Lead the interaction between Engineering and Delivery teams, fostering seamless coordination to achieve project objectives.
Key Strategic Responsibilities:
Market Engagement: Proactively engage in market intelligence activities to identify and collaborate with in-country service providers, fostering strategic partnerships.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project team members, suppliers, consultants, and contractors, enhancing collaboration.
Process Improvement: Support the development and continuous improvement of departmental working practices, identifying and championing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience of 15+ years in the Human Resources or Business Administration field or experience of 10+ years in Human Resources field
Proven experience in a regional HR role, preferably in a global company or multinational organization.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and HR practices in multiple countries.
Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in managing HR operations in multiple locations or outstations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
