We are hiring a Sr. HR Executive (Training & Development) cum KPI specialist
Candidates should have 5-8 years UAE experienced with leading group of companies who can meet the following;
- A certified soft skills trainer
- Experienced in setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experienced in providing continuous training and development programs
- Experienced Trainer who can provide presentations on various HR topics to large number of employees including workers
- Strong communication in English and Hindi
- UAE drivers license holder
