Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum HR support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Effectively manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Leverage extensive local HR knowledge to navigate and comply with regional employment laws and regulations.
Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear expectations and meaningful feedback.
Requirements:
Proven senior-level HR experience
In-depth knowledge of local HR practices, laws, and regulations.
CIPD/CHRP Certification or equivalent qualifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to strategize and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
