A leading Chemical company is actively recruiting an HR Business Partner for their Dubai office. Key aspects of the role include:
- Responsible for delivering, and partnering with the assigned function, to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring the adherence to global standards, and local regulations.
- Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, in support of leaders.
- Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies & practices in the areas of performance & talent management, training, Organizational Development, leadership development, and recruitment.
- Working with the Head of HR to manage headcounts and manpower costs in coordination with payroll.
- Responsible for communication and application of new HR projects/initiatives to employees and managers.
- Implementing standards, defining guidelines for human resources operations, and providing effective support to all departments/functions in the region.
- Partnering with the compensation team to develop and implement competitive and equitable compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
