A leading Chemical company is actively recruiting an HR Business Partner for their Dubai office. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering and partnering with the assigned function to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective. This includes ensuring adherence to global standards, local regulations, identifying talents across the businesses, implementing effective HR strategies and practices in performance & talent management, training, organizational development, leadership development, and recruitment. The role also involves managing headcounts and manpower costs in coordination with payroll, communicating and applying new HR projects/initiatives to employees and managers, implementing standards and guidelines for human resources operations, providing effective support to all departments/functions in the region, developing and implementing competitive compensation programs in partnership with the compensation team, as well as ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
