This is based in Dubai at the organisation's regional headquarters.
Job Description:
As the HR Manager for the Middle East region, you will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the senior leadership team. Your primary mission is to assist the HR Director in ensuring that the delivery of HR strategy to employees within the organization is accurate, efficient, timely and cost effective and that HR data is managed sensitively and professionally. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the HR Generalist function, supporting the full lifecycle of the employees.
Your responsibilities extend beyond HR operations to encompass Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Onboarding and Offboarding, HR Information Systems and Recognition and Engagement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Relevant Degree, CIPD qualification or similar is an advantage. Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage. Additional requirements include knowledge of best practice HR principles, knowledge of local labour laws, FMCG / Retail experience is an advantage.
