Our global client is looking for a strong HR Manager to act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all human resources management matters. You will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. Working with leaders and line managers to build their people capability, manage talent and HR capabilities. You will also be responsible to create a HR strategy for the assigned business unit and the annual HR Plan.


What you will do
Delivery of the HR & people strategy and operational business partnering services, providing input to form the strategic people plan based on knowledge, needs and analysis of the client group.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and develop proactive HR solutions to address them
Operate within the parameters of the agreed people plan to deliver the requirements of the function, with oversight from HR Lead.
Manage the consistent delivery of performance management, salary and bonus, promotions and talent review cycles.
Oversee recruitment and monitor hiring needs across the business.
Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions
Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve performance or assist with exit from the organization
Partnering with senior stakeholders on organisational design and changing operating models including identify people risks and issues arising from the proposed change activities.
Advise, coach and mentor management and HR team on people related issues
Create, obtain approval for and manage HR department budget. Ensure HR Team adherence to the business financial systems and processes
To ensure compliance to HR policy is maintained, to review and strengthen business internal controls and procedures, ensure compliance of DOA and provide leadership on process and governance


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
Preferably CIPD qualified
5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
Experience as an HR Business Partner or Trusted Advisor on people issues - more likely to be generalist HR than a specialist background.
Demonstrate depth in core areas of talent acquisition, talent management, people development, ER, workforce management, compensation and benefits and employee engagement.
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Proven experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
