We are seeking a talented Customer Engagement Product Manager who will lead the charge in optimizing our customer journey. As part of the catalog chapter you'll take ownership of the landing experience, guiding users seamlessly through their discovery journey. With a growth mindset driving you forward, you’ll help to optimize our signup flow and continually refine our strategies for conversion and retention, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting impression that keeps customers coming back for more. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll craft localized landing experiences tailored to diverse markets and customer segments. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our CRM team to implement innovative strategies for re-engaging and reactivating customers, fostering increased engagement and loyalty.


What you'll be doing?

Take ownership of the customer landing experience, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and drives user engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to assist customers throughout their journey, from initial discovery to final purchase, optimizing every touchpoint for maximum impact.
Maintain a growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance both conversion funnel and retention metrics through data-driven insights and experimentation.
Own the localized landing experience, tailoring content and promotions to diverse markets and customer segments to drive relevance and resonance.
Collaborate closely with the CRM team to develop and execute strategies for re-engaging and reactivating customers, leveraging targeted messaging and personalized campaigns.
Analyze customer engagement metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of the customer journey.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer engagement, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance our strategies and tactics.
Act as a champion for the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences within cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric approach to product development and marketing initiatives.


What we are looking for….

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven track record of 4+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or related industry.
Passion for innovation, user-centric design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the luxury fashion industry.
