As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality products while adhering to Agile methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to drive product development from ideation to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product development lifecycle using Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration based on user feedback.
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to oversee product development from conception to launch.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
Leading project teams, coordinating activities, and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, and assessing their impact on project deliverables and resources.
Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer interviews to identify market trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
Measure and analyze key product metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve product performance.
Evangelize the product internally and externally, providing product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of software development processes, UX/UI principles, and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified ScrumMaster) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and product analytics platforms.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
