Job Description
Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
2.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.
Identify and develop new market opportunities, increasing market share.
3.Build strong relationships with distributors/retailers and customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4.Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
5.Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in air conditioning , with a focus on sales or related area.
3.Proven track record of successful sales achievements in the industry.
