Job Summary
Sales & Business Development for JCDC Food Services and Systems (ICEE & Just Chill KARAK) business in GCC +
Responsibilities
Achieve sales and budget targets for JCDC in GCC+ for the Food Service Channel.
Identify & develop a pipeline of projects with leading Coffee & QSR chains in the region.
Working with R&D, application & Marketing Teams to bring new/novel concepts to the market to position JCDC as the trends setting brand in the FS channel.
Develop Sales plans for the Frozen & KARAK platforms across Channels in GCC +. Targeted channels Cinemas, Leisure & Entertainment along with QSR’s, & C Stores.
Design customer propositions based on volumes, Channels & competition intensity.
Build ICEE & JCDC brands through activations, trade shows & other promotional activities.
Enhance distribution capabilities by developing internal/external distributors.
Ensure internal/external activations, marketing, sales operations/CS & customer are in line with overall company vision and strategy.
Strong presentation & customer engagement Skills with innovative concept selling skills.
KPI
• Sales volume and revenue for Systems and JCDC portfolio.
• New business %Age and opportunity conversion rates.
• Managing the internal teams and distributor performance.
Work Experience
• 10-15 years experience in similar role in the international markets including GCC (KSA essential).
• Key Accounts Sales experience in Food Services & L&E channels
Qualification
• MBA or International Business Management Graduates
